As the AGM approaches we felt it was time to update you on our plans for the upcoming year.

• Work on relocating the snooker tables has been delayed owing to contractor‘s other work commitments but will resume and be finished as soon as possible
• The short term lease of the coach house will be finalised once we have installed a water supply to the premises
• Final quotes for the car parking barrier have been approved and work will start as soon as possible on tightening up all aspects of security in the building
• Discussions are on going with our solicitor regarding what will be permissible in the way of outside facilities for smoking
• The Club‘s architect is starting to draw up the plans for the upstairs bar and toilets
• A third bandit has been installed and discussions are on going to ensure the Club gets better and more modern machines than the current supplier has been providing
• Work is on going to ensure the Club complies with the ever growing amount of employment and health and safety issues involved in running any commercial premises
• The annual barbeque has been set for Saturday 19^th August and we hope to build on the huge success of last year.
