Notice is hereby given that the 56^th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Sportsman's Club will be held in the upstairs function room, 11 Queen’s Road on Tuedsday 25^th November at 7.15 p.m when the following business will be transacted:

1. Notice convening meeting
2. Minutes of the 55^th Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 21^st November 2007
   • Matters arising from minutes
3. Committee Report- Read on behalf of the Committee by Keith Ingram
   • Questions from the floor
4. Accounts for the year ended 31^st December 2007
   • Committee update
   • Accountants report from Hall Morrice accountants
   • Matters arising from accounts
   • Election of accountants for next year
5. Election of Committee Management

(Those wishing to be considered for election to the committee, must be nominated and seconded, in writing and nomination papers lodged with the secretary at least 7 days before the Annual General Meeting. A list of the said candidates, their nominators and seconders, will then be displayed on the notice board before the AGM)

6. 6. Any other current business

To ensure you are admitted please take along your membership subscription receipt. If your name has been omitted from the full list of Ordinary memebrs for any clerical reason you will not be admitted on the evening unless you produce this receipt
